How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within major cities and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days in select locations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over KES 2,000 within Nairobi and KES 3,000 for other areas.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Order page.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest pickup point for 7 days. You'll receive notifications for each delivery attempt.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Kenya. However, our digital products (printables) are available worldwide for instant download.
